"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are”
Carl Jung

Good therapy can be life-changing. Together we will work on establishing trust where you will be seen, heard, valued, and respected.

Therapy is a mutual commitment with transparency and authenticity in a safe, nurturing environment. We will work on what emerges unique to your history, personality, and current life circumstance. Therapy creates a space to grow, become more self-aware, gain insight into troubling patterns, and establish and maintain healthier relationships. Through the therapeutic process, you will begin to identify, strengthen, and transform skills into powerful resources. Therapy is a place to discover your desires, share painful thoughts and memories, and heal from trauma. This work will lead to a more authentic, fulfilled life. My approach is always eclectic and tailored to your individual needs. The impact of Covid physically, emotionally, psychologically, educationally and financially will always be recognized.

I have worked in various settings including public schools, outpatient mental health centers, hospitals, and substance abuse clinics. Individual Therapy

Individual therapy clients usually meet one or two times per week for 45 or 60 minutes per
session.

Family Therapy
Family therapy clients meet weekly, twice monthly, or on an as-needed basis for 60-minute
sessions. This can be combined with individual therapy as well-- individual clients may ask to
bring their family members in for joint sessions, or I may suggest a family session for an
individual if deemed helpful.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is offered for all ages and sexual orientations including couples who have been
together for many years or those new to the relationship. Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or
as needed. One or both partners may be referred to a different therapist for individual therapy.

Group Therapy
Group therapy is offered virtually and in person. Groups meet for 60 minutes weekly or biweekly,
group size consists of 4-8 people. Groups are closed once the groups start and are confidential.
Past group work included Support Groups for Eating Disorders, Body Dysmorphic Disorder,

Bereavement, and other Support Groups for Women. In person group therapy has been
